Only 15oo made, and it is a street legal version of Ducati's MotoGP bike (think F1 car for the street) and new it was $72K.... yeah probably NP.

This is one of those things where, there are so few, someone might be willing to spend well above book value. If you really really want a Desmosedici, and only a Desmosedici will do, go for it. Otherwise, nope. It's too much money.

I remember reading a moto magazine article where the writer had to have his wife roll him up to speed to get into 1st in their driveway holding on to the side of their pickup because the gearing was so tall. And he rode for a living. Not sure if it eas this exact model, but it was a high end 2000s Ducati.
